Googasian P.C should therefore prove this accusation straight out by presenting dated ‘before’ & ‘after’ snapshots of the high school’s official website, precisely the Terms & Conditions webpage.
Googasian P.C has requested for subpoena to be issued to Belford by the court in order to disclose the identity of the authorities behind the high school. It is however clear that subpoena is only issued in case of copy infringement. The law firm could also pursue the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in order to file a notice of infringement in this regard.
