A major problem with class action is that most people have less legal sense and don’t understand most of the implications – when to opt in or opt out, etc. If you are passionate about something, it’s a different matter, but if you’re looking for money in a class action lawsuit, just forget about it.

This reminds me… I wanted to file a class action lawsuit against Microsoft because my 360-Platinum died just months after I bought it. Now I realize how much trouble it could’ve been. I was just being emotional at the time…
